Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes right from recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement and other HR-related activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, background verification, selection, offer negotiation, and offer issuance.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, bonuses, increments, and employee records.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable requirements.
- Support performance appraisals, employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee queries, HRMS, and documentation.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
