Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and file tax returns, GST/VAT, and statutory reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
- Process payroll and maintain employee financial records (if applicable).
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (or as required by the organization).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
