Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Hotel Front Office Manager to oversee all front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of booking software and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), ensuring seamless reservation management, exceptional guest service, and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate front desk operations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth check-in/check-out processes.
2. Manage and optimize reservations using booking software and OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, MMT, Agoda, Airbnb, and others.
3. Monitor and update room availability, rates, and promotions across all distribution channels.
4. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
5. Train and supervise front desk staff, including receptionists and reservation agents.
6. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
7. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
8. Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to maximize revenue.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
10. Generate reports on booking performance, occupancy, and revenue metrics.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, booking software updates, and OTA platform changes.
12. WILLING TO WORK IN NIGHT SHIFT ON ROTATIONAL BASIS
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of hotel booking software and OTA platforms.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred.
Skills:
· Proficiency in reservation management and property management systems.
· Deep understanding of OTA distribution channels and yield management.
· Exceptional organizational skills.
