Rawlink Resources LLP is a rapidly growing company engaged in the sourcing, distribution, and international supply of bulk ferro alloys, primarily High Carbon Ferro Chrome (HC FeCr), along with Ferro Silicon, Silico Manganese, Ferro Manganese, and other metallurgical raw materials. We currently handle approximately 1,500 MT per month and are on an aggressive growth path over the coming years. We are looking for a dedicated operations professional who wants to grow with the company and become an integral part of our expansion.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete coordination and documentation of our import/export and domestic operations, including:
- Complete export documentation from purchase order to shipment.
- Preparation and verification of Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Shipping Instructions, BL drafts, Weight Certificates and other export documents.
- Coordination with Customs House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters.
- Obtaining freight quotations, negotiating freight rates and coordinating vessel/container bookings.
- Tracking shipments and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordination with overseas buyers, suppliers, inspection agencies and banks wherever required.
- Managing domestic dispatches and logistics for ferro alloy sales within India.
- Maintaining shipment records, documentation and operational MIS.
- Ensuring compliance with export procedures and timelines.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Export Documentation, Shipping, Logistics or International Trade.
- Experience in handling export documentation independently.
- Good understanding of shipping procedures and logistics.
- Experience coordinating with CHAs and freight forwarders.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in steel, metals, minerals, bulk commodities or ferro alloys.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
