Job Title: Senior Zoho Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Zoho applications and a deep understanding of business automation, enabling them to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions for global clients.
This role is critical for managing and executing international projects, particularly for US-based clients, and requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk
- Develop and optimize workflows, functions, and automation using Deluge scripting
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and external systems via APIs
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Customize modules, layouts, reports, dashboards, and blueprints in Zoho CRM
- Perform data migration, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and support
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations
- Maintain proper documentation of development processes and solutions
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development
- Strong expertise in:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Deluge scripting
- Zoho integrations
- Solid experience in API integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, third-party tools)
- Strong understanding of automation workflows and business processes
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to handle client interactions, especially with international (US) clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients
- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer)
- Knowledge of related technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience in handling end-to-end project delivery
