Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Testing & Support Executive with strong experience in manual testing of ERP solutions and client support. The role involves handling client issues independently, ensuring timely resolution, and coordinating with the development team when technical intervention is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of ERP applications to ensure functionality, performance, and usability.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and system issues.
- Provide direct client support, understand user concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the development team for issue escalation, fixes, and follow-ups.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before closure.
- Maintain support records, test cases, and documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Assist in system improvements based on client feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in manual testing of ERP software solutions.
- Ability to independently manage client interactions and support requests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of software development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)
- Knowledge of React or Angular.
- Basic familiarity with Oracle database environments.
- Experience in software support or helpdesk roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
