Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the Mohali district. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their needs, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of customized cakes. Daily tasks include promoting Cakenest's offerings, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and solutions.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management
(CRM) tools and an understanding of sales processes.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate with other departments, such as the baking team and delivery operations, effectively.
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Passion for baked goods, especially cakes, and understanding customer needs in the food and dessert industry is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
