Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the Director
2. Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
3. Communication Management
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director
- Screen calls and prioritize messages
- Maintain professional communication with clients and partners
4. Travel & Logistics
- Arrange travel schedules, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle visa applications (if required) and expense management
5. Confidential Records Handling
- Maintain sensitive documents and files securely
- Ensure confidentiality of company and executive information
6. Office Coordination
- Assist in day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Good multitasking and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
