Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our design team in creating high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of creativity, a good understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics for websites, advertisements, and branding campaigns.
- Assist senior designers in executing creative concepts and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets.
- Edit and revise designs based on client and internal feedback.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing, content, and development teams.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting project deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in graphic design (Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience designing creatives for social media platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
