We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Grooming Trainer (aviation field is preferrable) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing personal presentation, communication skills, and overall professional grooming standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging grooming and professional etiquette training programs for students
- Conduct workshops on personal grooming, body language, dressing etiquette, and workplace communication.
- Tailor training sessions to meet the specific needs of individuals or groups.
- Provide feedback and development plans to help participants improve their grooming and professional presence.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in grooming and professional etiquette.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs and assess outcomes.
