We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Service Technicians to install, commission, and provide ongoing support for our range of electronics and IT-based products. The role involves onsite technical support, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of deployed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain electronic and IT-based equipment and systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults – hardware and software.
- Coordinate with R&D and customer support teams to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service visits, repair actions, and customer feedback.
- Train end-users and provide technical handholding post-installation.
- Ensure service calls are resolved within SLA timelines.
- Travel to client locations as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Good Soldering Skills desirable.
- 0–3 years of field service experience in electronics/IT-based products (freshers with good aptitude may also apply).
- Hands-on knowledge of embedded systems, networking basics, and software/hardware interfacing.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with testing instruments (multi-meter, oscilloscope, etc.) and system calibration.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Additional Preferences (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with hospital or public sector IT systems.
- Knowledge of queue management systems, nurse call systems, display systems, or automation controls.
- Valid two-wheeler /4 Wheeler license preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
