We are a growing firm engaged in Property Management, Interiors, and Consultancy, led directly by the Proprietor. We’re looking for a mature, dependable, and well-presented professional to assist the Director with day-to-day operations, coordination, site visits, and travel.
Role Highlights:
- Manage calls, emails, scheduling & follow-ups
- Attend meetings, take notes, and track action points
- Coordinate with clients, vendors & service teams
- Visit project sites and assist during inspections
- Accompany Director for meetings and short outstation trips
- Flexible for occasional weekend/evening meetings
- Confident presence during official events and client interactions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Preferably 30+ years of age with a mature, people-friendly attitude
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and writing skills
- Discreet, loyal, and dependable
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to long-term growth
- Prior experience in assisting senior leadership is a plus
- Candidates comfortable with travel, hosting, and direct coordination are encouraged to apply
