Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager / Social Media Strategist who can build brand presence, manage social media campaigns, and lead digital growth strategies. The candidate should understand content planning, branding, audience engagement, and performance marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities Brand Management
- Develop brand identity and communication strategies
- Maintain consistent brand tone across all platforms
- Plan marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing team
- Research competitors and market trends
Social Media Strategy
- Create monthly social media content plans
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop viral and engagement-focused content ideas
- Plan reels, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and ads
- Analyze insights and improve performance strategies
Team Coordination
- Manage content creators and social media executives
- Ensure timely posting and campaign execution
- Coordinate shoots, creatives, and client approvals
- Guide team for branding and campaign direction
Performance & Reporting
- Track reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics
- Suggest growth strategies for clients and brands
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of social media trends
- Creative thinking and campaign planning
- Knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Content marketing and branding skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Good communication and team management skills
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
Preferred Candidate
- Creative mindset with strong branding sense
- Experience handling multiple brands or clients
- Knowledge of reels, influencer marketing, and trend research
- Ability to manage shoots and campaign execution
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
