An automobile workshop manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a workshop, including vehicle maintenance, repair, and service. Their duties include:
Know about Accidental Vehicle warranty claim
Managing staff: Hiring, training, and supervising service department staff
Planning and organizing: Allocating resources and planning work to meet service volume
Ensuring quality service: Managing customer relationships and ensuring customers are satisfied
compliance: Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and warranty procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations
Managing budgets: Preparing and administering an annual operating budget for the service department
Monitoring performance: Monitoring the performance of the department and its staff
Resolving complaints: Analyzing, evaluating, and providing solutions to customer complaints
Maintaining records: Maintaining service records and reporting systems
Ensuring safety: Maintaining a healthy, safe, and secure working environment
