About the Role
Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy evaluating teaching quality?
At iTutorMind Digital Education LLP, we're looking for an Tutor Quality Analyst who will ensure our online tutoring sessions meet the highest standards of teaching and student engagement.
This is NOT an IT, Software Testing, or Manual Testing QA role.
Your primary responsibility will be to observe live online classes, evaluate tutor performance, provide quality scores and feedback, and help improve the overall learning experience for students.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Tutor Quality Analyst, you will:
- Observe and evaluate live online tutoring sessions.
- Assess tutors on communication skills, lesson delivery, subject knowledge, classroom management, professionalism, and student engagement.
- Review whether tutors follow company teaching standards and class guidelines.
- Prepare quality evaluation reports and performance scorecards.
- Identify areas of improvement and highlight best practices.
- Share constructive feedback with the Academic Operations team.
- Track recurring quality issues and recommend improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality records.
- Work closely with Academic Coordinators and Operations teams to improve student satisfaction.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Academic Quality
- Education Operations
- Quality Assurance
- Student Success
- Teaching
- Trainer Evaluation
- Customer Support Quality
- Academic Coordination
- Similar quality or education-related roles
Experience in EdTech or the education industry will be preferred.
