Property Manager Property Manager in the hospitality industry (resorts, luxury rentals, boutique hotels) oversees daily operations, guest experiences, and property maintenance to ensure high service standards and profitability. They blend operational management with luxury service, handling bookings, staffing, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance to protect the property's value.Key Responsibilities· Guest Experience & Services: Ensure five-star service standards, concierge-style attention, and handle guest complaints or emergencies promptly.· Operational Management:Oversee daily operations, including housekeeping, security, landscaping, and maintaining property cleanliness to high standards. · Bookings & Marketing: Manage bookings, marketing, and revenue management to optimize occupancy and profitability. · Maintenance & Vendor Management: Coordinate preventive maintenance, handle repairs, and manage contractors for amenities and infrastructure.· Financial & Administrative:Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial reports. · Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including housekeepers, front desk agents, and maintenance crews. Key Skills and Qualifications· Experience: 5–10 years in hospitality operations, resort management, or luxury residential property management.· Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse with guests and manage vendor relations.· Leadership: Strong team leadership, motivation, and delegation skills.· Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.· Traits: Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
