ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Company Secretary at CryptoMize you will command the governance spine of the group — convening and servicing board and general meetings, ensuring decisions are taken with correct procedure and recorded with legal precision, and maintaining the statutory registers that establish the company’s good standing. The role is the point of reference for every governance query: what the procedure requires, which filing is due, and whether a decision trail will survive scrutiny.
