Position Title: Senior Surveillance Supervisor

Job Summary
The Senior Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all surveillance operations to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of casino activities. The role involves monitoring gaming and non-gaming areas, supervising surveillance personnel, conducting investigations, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring the effective operation of surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the Surveillance Team on assigned shifts.
- Monitor casino operations through CCTV and surveillance systems to detect suspicious, illegal, or fraudulent activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and security procedures.
- Conduct investigations into incidents involving theft, fraud, misconduct, cheating, policy violations, or security breaches.
- Review surveillance footage and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Coordinate with Security, Operations, HR, and Management regarding investigations and operational matters.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information and investigations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate Surveillance Officers and Surveillance Technicians.
- Prepare shift reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs.
- Assist in developing and implementing surveillance procedures and best practices.
- Manage shift scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Provide support during audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in surveillance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in casino surveillance is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and investigation techniques.
- Good understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining records.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
