Home Manager / Residential Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of a private residence and ensure the smooth functioning of all household activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in residential or home management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to supervise household staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily household operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the residence.
- Maintain stock of groceries, food items, cleaning materials, washroom supplies, and other household essentials.
- Ensure that no essential item runs out and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Supervise household staff, including cooks, housekeeping personnel, security staff, and other support workers.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave schedules, and daily work allocation.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance throughout the residence.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers as required.
- Report important updates, maintenance requirements, and household needs to the homeowner.
- Maintain basic records related to inventory, attendance, and household activities.

- Previous experience in residential or home management.

- Ability to independently manage multiple household activities.
- Basic knowledge of record-keeping and inventory management.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency will be an advantage.
