Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete HR operations for corporate office and project sites.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, CRM, projects, finance, and support functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
- Handle employee grievance management and disciplinary processes.
- Drive performance management systems and training & development initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce productivity and retention strategies.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and HR analytics reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
- Experience in recruitment for real estate/construction roles.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in employee engagement and performance management.
- Strong leadership and team handling capability.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in HR or labor laws preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in Real Estate / Construction industry.
- Experience in handling multi-location or project-based workforce preferred.
- Strong exposure to compliance and site HR operations.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
