Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit and compile movie clips into short-form video reels (15-60 seconds) for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
2. Add creative transitions, effects, captions, and background music to enhance engagement.
3. Identify trending scenes, dialogues, and moments from movies to create relatable and shareable content.
4. Maintain brand tone, style, and consistency across all video outputs.
5. Optimize videos based on platform-specific trends and algorithms.
6. Collaborate with the content and marketing team to brainstorm reel ideas.
7. Familiarity with camera equipment, framing and camera angles for video shoots.
8. Assist in videography and shoot planning whenever required.
9. Ensure timely delivery of content as per posting schedules.
10. Ensure captions are clearly visible and well-timed, styled tastefully to match brand tone without looking tacky or cluttered.

Other requirements:
1. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory; familiarity with Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
2. Basic camera handling skills and understanding of videography fundamentals (framing, lighting, stable shots).
3. Strong understanding of reel formats, pacing, and storytelling techniques.
4. Ability to sync audio, subtitles, and visuals effectively.
5. Basic knowledge of social media trends and audience behavior.
6. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
7. A refined editing sensibility. Someone who edits with restraint, prioritizing clean cuts and subtle effects over flashy, over-the-top styling.
8. An eye for caption design is a must. Legible, well-placed, and tastefully styled, avoiding busy fonts, excessive animations, or cluttered overlays.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
