1. Develop integrate region / zone / branch HR strategies within the framework of CO HR strategies.
2. Implement and sustain the Narayana Group code of conduct & value systems.
3. Interact with the branch, zone, and region administration heads on a regular basis in areas of Manpower planning, people management, people development, industrial relations & provide appropriate support to the branches, zones & regions.
4. Maintain excellent liaison & relationship with local government bodies, and industry associations .
5. Create a proactive, fair & firm Industrial relations culture.
6. Rationalize Manpower utilization & carryout appropriate rightsizing activities.
7. Conduct employee engagement and wellness activities as per the calendar and policy.
8. Promote the culture of Ideas and Innovation at workplace.
9. Implement business linked performance management system and conduct reviews as per the schedule.
10. Implement reward & recognition program linked to performance.
11. Ensure compliance of all statutory & non-statutory HR aspects.
12. Implement employee satisfaction surveys & ensure the results are communicated & follow up on the action plans.
13. Implement employee development initiatives as per the framework.
14. Implement talent management initiatives - talent reviews, succession planning & individual development plans for critical roles.
15. Identify and retain key talent. Implement & share leading practices. Implement and adopt Npower and drive efficiencies.
16. Monitor HR scorecard to align & assess the HR deliverables in relation to the business objectives.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
