Position : Sales & Operations Executive

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala (Travel Required)
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to support business development activities, client coordination, and operational execution. The role involves a combination of office-based work and field visits to client locations and project sites to support sales, project coordination, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential B2B customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct lead generation through calls, emails, and professional networking.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and maintain client relationships.
Operations & Project Support
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, CRM records, and reports.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and resolving operational issues.
- Support the implementation of assigned projects and operational activities.
Field Responsibilities
- Visit client locations, project sites, and operational facilities as required.
- Conduct site visits, collect relevant information, and provide operational updates.
- Represent the company during client meetings and project reviews.
Reporting
- Update CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Support sales planning and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations, Project Coordination, or Client Relationship Management.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications.
- Problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel as required for business and project-related activities.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence required.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
