Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow our existing client base while identifying opportunities to expand business within the IT services domain. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on building trust, understands client needs, and acts as the bridge between the client and internal delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients across IT service accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Understand client business needs and proactively propose relevant IT solutions and services
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Handle client escalations promptly and ensure satisfactory resolution
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct regular client check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs in CRM
- Track renewals, contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or IT services
- Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude and client-first mindset
