We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, increase patient/customer engagement, and drive business growth within the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and strengthen brand positioning within the dental market.
- Monitor industry trends, patient behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.
Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Oversee website optimization and user experience improvements.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to drive patient appointments or product inquiries.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Manage public relations activities and media communications.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, and content creators.
Patient/Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Design campaigns to attract new patients/customers and improve retention.
- Develop loyalty, referral, and engagement programs.
- Monitor patient/customer feedback and online reputation management.
Events & Professional Outreach
- Plan and manage participation in dental conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and webinars.
- Build relationships with dentists, clinics, distributors, and industry associations.
- Support sales teams with promotional activities and lead nurturing programs.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, patient acquisition cost, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Achieve set targets
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
