The Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and production output during the shift.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards and specifications.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
- Report machine breakdowns, abnormalities, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and shift reports accurately.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and food safety requirements.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear prescribed PPE.
- Minimize material wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Support production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in machine setup and changeovers when required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Education: 10th Standard / Higher Secondary (+2)
- Experience: 0–2 years .
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
