AV Installation Engineer

Job Summary:
The AV Installation Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting of AV, Smart Class solutions, including Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), projectors, audio systems, cameras, and related IT equipment. The candidate should be able to provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities:Installation & Commissioning
- Install and configure Interactive AV, Flat Panels (IFP), projectors, smart boards, and audio-visual equipment.
- Install and configure PCs, laptops, cameras, speakers, microphones, and networking devices.
- Perform site surveys and assess installation requirements.
- Ensure proper cable management and system integration.
- Test and commission installed systems.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform preventive maintenance of Smart Class equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for warranty support.
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
Documentation
- Prepare installation reports and handover documents.
- Maintain records of training conducted.
- Submit daily service and project status reports.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Smart Boards, and Projectors.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
- Knowledge of Windows OS and basic software installation.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- 12th, Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in AV, Smart Class, CCTV, IT Hardware, or related installations.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Smart Class, Digital Classroom, AV Solutions, or Education Technology products.
- Knowledge of CCTV and UPS systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Project Manager / Service Manager / Operations Head.

Experience: 0–3 Years
Travel Requirement: Yes, frequent travel to customer sites.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
