Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing strategist to develop and execute online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital campaigns, social media management, content creation, and SEO optimization, driving engagement and business growth in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content, running ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Improve website traffic through on-page and off-page SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and content marketing.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website pages to educate and attract potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions for solar energy solutions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other marketing platforms. Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing strategies.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Branding & Public Relations: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels. Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to boost brand visibility.
- Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 + years of experience in digital marketing,
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and video marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Soft Skills: Strong creativity, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala, preferred
- Experience in marketing for renewable energy, sustainability, or technology-related industries.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
