Job Description
Vinayak Jewels India Private Limited is looking for an experienced PPC Executive to join our team in Sitapura, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in good understanding of the Gold Silver Jewellery
- Manage order intake and verify complete order documentation
- Create and maintain job cards with proper version control
- Plan and monitor stage-wise production workflow and SLAs
- Track WIP (Work-In-Progress) and identify production bottlenecks
- Coordinate with inventory and production teams for material readiness
- Monitor delayed orders and maintain daily production reports
- Ensure compliance with approved estimates and production standards
- Conduct daily planning meetings with Production and QC teams
Mandatory Requirements:
- No production without authorized job card and tech pack/BOM
- Ensure material readiness before starting any production stage
- Handle change requests through proper approval and revised job card versions
Required Skills:
- Strong production planning and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of Jewels prime systems and production trackers
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and process discipline
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in jewellery manufacturing
- Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Understanding of bagging, issue-return controls, and production risk management
- High ownership and process-oriented mindset
