### About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, proactive **WordPress Developer** to take complete ownership of our corporate digital footprint. If you are passionate about WordPress development, UI/UX design, custom layouts, and technical website optimization, this role is for you.
You will work directly with our leadership team to build, manage, and optimize multiple high-performing web platforms focused on global lead generation, B2B corporate recruitment pathways, and high-conversion landing pages.
### Key Responsibilities
* **Multi-Domain Management:** Develop, maintain, and optimize multiple WordPress websites (both custom layouts and theme-based architectures).
* **Page Building & Design:** Design highly responsive, modern, and user-friendly landing pages using **Elementor**, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
* **Theme & Plugin Customization:** Modify, optimize, and customize themes and plugins to match specific business funnels and operational workflows.
* **SEO & Speed Optimization:** Maximize website loading speeds, manage database cleanups, and implement technical SEO best practices.
* **Security & Infrastructure:** Ensure robust website security, run routine manual/automated backups, and manage server updates.
* **Data & Tool Integration:** Seamlessly integrate third-party tools, tracking pixels, multi-routing contact forms, APIs, and CRM platforms.
* **Troubleshooting:** Rapidly diagnose and fix bugs, handle technical 301 redirection mapping, and continuously improve the overall end-user experience.
###Required Skills
* **Coding Foundation:** Proficient working knowledge of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP**.
* **Page Builders & Commerce:** Proven experience with Elementor Pro, advanced forms, and WooCommerce frameworks.
* **Optimization Analytics:** Familiarity with website speed analysis tools such as GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights.
* **Responsive Architecture:** Mastery over mobile-first development and responsive web frameworks.
* **Plugin Customization:** Basic understanding or experience in tweaking plugin source code and handling data exports/imports (Preferred).
