1. Customer Calling
- Call existing customers to remind them about periodic car service.
- Inform customers about service offers, discounts, and campaigns.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
2. Appointment Booking
- Schedule service appointments for customers.
- Coordinate available slots with the service advisor or workshop.
- Confirm booking details with the customer.
3. Customer Follow-up
- Follow up with customers who missed scheduled services.
- Call customers after service to collect feedback.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers.
4. Data Management
- Update customer details in CRM or Excel database.
- Maintain records of calls, service reminders, and appointments.
5. Lead Generation
- Contact old customers for additional services like insurance renewal, accessories, or extended warranty.
- Generate leads for the service team.
6. Complaint Handling
- Receive customer complaints or service queries.
- Escalate issues to the service advisor or service manager.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
- Customer service attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Telephone etiquette
- Ability to convince customers
Qualification
- 12th pass / Any degree
- Experience in telecalling or customer support preferred.
Experience
- Fresher or 0–2 years experience.
Salary (Typical – Tamil Nadu)
- ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Incentives based on service bookings.
