1. Inventory Management
Receive and verify incoming stock from manufacturers/vendors.
Perform inward quality checks.
Update inventory in ERP/WMS (Zoho Inventory, Unicommerce, etc.).
Maintain accurate stock records.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
Report inventory discrepancies immediately.
Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) inventory management.
2. Order Fulfillment
Pick products accurately according to order invoices.
Verify SKU, size, colour, and quantity before packing.
Pack products according to brand packaging standards.
Generate shipping labels and invoices.
Ensure same-day dispatch of all eligible orders.
Prioritize express and premium shipments.
3. Marketplace Operations
Handle orders received from:
Shopify (D2C)
Amazon
Myntra
Flipkart
Ajio
Other marketplaces
Responsibilities include:
Order processing
Shipment creation
Inventory synchronization
Return reconciliation
4. Quality Control
Inspect products before dispatch for:
Manufacturing defects
Colour mismatch
Wrong size
Damaged packaging
Missing accessories
Proper branding
Ensure only quality-approved products are dispatched.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Receive returned products.
Perform quality inspection.
Categorize return reasons.
Update ERP/WMS.
Process exchanges.
Coordinate with customer support regarding returned items.
6. Courier Coordination
Coordinate with logistics partners like:
Delhivery
Blue Dart
DTDC
Xpressbees
Shiprocket
ShipPrime
Responsibilities:
Handover shipments
Track pending pickups
Escalate delayed shipments
Resolve courier-related issues
7. Warehouse Organization
Maintain clean and organized storage.
Ensure products are stored category-wise.
Label shelves correctly.
Optimize warehouse space.
Follow safety procedures.
8. Documentation
Maintain records for:
Stock inward
Stock outward
Purchase receipts
Dispatch reports
Return reports
Daily shipment reports
Damaged inventory
9. Coordination
Work closely with:
Customer Support Team
Operations Team
Procurement Team
Marketing Team
Finance Team
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
