Customer Support Associate (International Voice)
- Industry: BPO BANKING
- Working Days: 5 Days a week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice queries from US-based banking customers regarding account management, transactions, and banking services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with international banking regulations and data privacy protocols.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
- Experience: Previous experience in international BPO or banking is a plus, though freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome.
- Skills: * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with US shift timings.
- Basic knowledge of banking or financial terms is preferred.
