Key Responsibilities:
1. People Partnering (Core Role)
- Act as a strategic partner to business teams
- Support managers in:
- Hiring
- Performance management
- Team effectiveness
- Drive alignment between people strategy and business goals
2. Performance Management (Critical)
- Drive continuous performance evaluation (not just annual cycles)
- Enable effective 1:1 conversations
- Partner with managers on:
- Feedback
- Development plans
- Performance improvement (PIP)
3. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Build an employee-first culture
- Handle employee concerns proactively
- Drive engagement initiatives and feedback loops
4. AI in Recruitment
- Use AI tools to:
- Screen resumes
- Analyze interview feedback
- Reduce bias in hiring
- Improve decision quality
- Ensure human oversight in all decisions
5. Talent & Culture Development
- Support internal mobility and promotions
- Reinforce Calinova’s high-performance culture
- Drive learning programs (120-hour learning mandate)
6. HR Operations & Systems (Ai managed systems)
- Manage HRMS and employee data
- Support payroll coordination and benefits
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 4–8 years in HR / People roles
- Experience in:
- HRBP / People Partnering
- Performance management systems
- Startup or high-growth environment preferred
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Data-driven thinking
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance
