Job Summary:
Sr. HR Executive will support HR processes across retail operations to ensure effective workforce management, employee engagement, legal compliance, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for retail stores.
- Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR records.
- Coordinate training and development programs for store and supervisory staff.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce productivity metrics.
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational and people objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail/FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
Reporting To: HR Manager / Head of HR.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
