We serve every care need, across every age from a 28-year-old recovering from ACL surgery to a 70-year-old requiring daily nursing support. As a venture-backed startup in rapid growth mode, we are building a high-caliber team across Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities for Business Development & Partnerships - VP/Director/Manager/Lead
- Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, discharge desks, senior living facilities and home-care agencies across Gurgaon and NCR.
- Drive end-to-end B2B outreach, cold outreach, pitching, negotiations, and MOU closures with healthcare facilities.
- Build and manage a pipeline of 50+ verified facility partners in Phase 1.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies and corporate HR departments for employee health benefit tie-ups.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless facility onboarding post-partnership.
- Track BD KPIs: partnerships signed, revenue per account, CAC, and retention metrics.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
