Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

Job Description
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to handle real estate leads, communicate with prospective customers, explain projects, and generate site visits.
Responsibilities
- Handle leads from Meta, Google, WhatsApp & property portals.
- Make calls, qualify leads, and understand customer requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers & amenities.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule site visits.
- Update lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve monthly call, site visit & conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil & English communication preferred.
- Real estate / telecalling / inside sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication can also apply.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 + Incentives
Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
