Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Operations Executive to support our US-based company’s recruitment and talent operations. The role involves managing end-to-end backend processes for the recruitment team, maintaining data accuracy, handling compliance tasks, coordinating with US teams, and ensuring smooth functioning of recruitment workflows.
Note: This is not a domestic recruitment role; it specifically focuses on US recruitment support.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate and manage candidate profiles across multiple company CRM's portals.
- Track and monitor skills expiration, certifications, and compliance reminders.
- Maintain candidate records, check annual documents, and update data in HR systems.
- Process employee separation requests, documentation, and status updates.
- Handle BGC (Background Check) audits and follow-ups.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and review multiple spreadsheets to ensure up-to-date candidate and employee information.
- Set up payroll components for new hires on the HR portal.
- Track training completion status for candidates/caregivers.
- Follow up with teams to ensure compliance with training and onboarding requirements.
- Handle recruitment service group emails and respond to queries professionally.
- Coordinate with US teams for updates, clarifications, and process alignment.
- Communicate with caregivers via calls, texts, or emails when required.
- Provide operational support to the recruitment and quality teams as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR/Business Administration preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in Recruitment Operations / HR Operations.
- Experience in US process is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and HR documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR/recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with US stakeholders.
- Ability to work indian night shifts (US day timings).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
