Job Summary
Dhana Jewellery Mart is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Manager to lead showroom operations, drive sales growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage the overall performance of the Showroom . The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to build a high-performing team while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the Sales, CRM, Chit, Billing, and Support teams.
- Achieve showroom sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure every customer receives a premium shopping experience.
- Monitor showroom opening, closing, cleanliness, security, and display standards.
- Review daily sales, billing, cash, and stock reports and ensure operational accuracy.
- Drive jewellery chit scheme enrolments and support premium customer conversions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Plan and execute showroom promotions, festive campaigns, and local marketing activities with the Marketing team.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, productivity, and performance.
- Coordinate with Management on business performance, inventory requirements, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
