We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Trainer to train, mentor, and develop therapists and clinical staff. The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for conducting theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, maintaining treatment quality, and evaluating staff performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and ongoing clinical training for new and existing therapists.
- Train staff on treatment protocols, clinical procedures, and patient care standards.
- Demonstrate and supervise hand therapy techniques and advanced machine-based treatments.
- Evaluate trainees' practical skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all clinical staff follow SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Conduct refresher training programs to improve clinical performance.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Monitor treatment quality across branches and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and HR regarding training schedules and employee performance.
- Assess staff competency before independent patient handling.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical techniques and healthcare industry trends.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
