- To ensure retainable conversion through a systematic sales planning (not mere budgeting)
- Conversion to plan (hypotheses driven)
- Continuously improving retention rate
- Interfaces conforming to positioning*
- Evidence based decision making* Knowledge and skill of selling
- Knowledge and skills of using sales channels (including digital)
- Contingency view (situational sensitivity) of the conversion and buying process (No a priori view on selling style)
- Analytical orientation
- High empathy
