Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Education Counsellor & Educator who enjoys interacting with students, parents, and schools. The role combines counselling, teaching, student engagement, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth delivery of our educational programs.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys making a positive difference in children's lives while developing skills in counselling, education, and program management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student & Parent Counselling
- Counsel parents and students about our educational and life skills programs.
- Understand learners' needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct follow-up calls and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.
2. Coaching & Program Delivery
- Conduct engaging educational sessions, workshops, or orientation programs.
- Support students during classroom and online learning activities.
- Assist in curriculum implementation and student progress tracking.
- Encourage student participation and learning outcomes.
3. Data Management & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, attendance, and student progress.
- Update CRM and Excel databases regularly.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication.
4. Program Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of NGO initiatives.
- Coordinate with schools, volunteers, and trainers.
- Assist in organizing workshops, events, and awareness programs.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day program operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Social Work, Commerce, Arts, or Science preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
- Passion for working with children and parents.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in counselling, education, teaching, customer service, or NGO work will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
