What We Are Looking For
- 7–12 years of hands-on experience leading SEO and Digital Marketing initiatives for SaaS, Product-led Growth (PLG), or B2B technology companies.
- Proven experience managing SEO strategy, Content Marketing, Technical SEO, Website Growth, and Digital Marketing operations.
- Strong expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and other enterprise SEO platforms.
- Hands-on experience improving existing rankings (Top 10 → Top 3), increasing non-brand organic traffic, and driving qualified marketing pipeline.
- Strong experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), optimizing websites for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search platforms.
- Experience implementing Entity SEO, Semantic Search, Structured Data (Schema), Knowledge Graph optimization, and topical authority strategies.
- Strong understanding of crawl optimization, indexing, JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and scalable website architecture.
- Experience partnering with Product Marketing teams on product launches, landing pages, messaging, positioning, and website growth initiatives.
- Prior experience leading SEO Specialists, Content Writers, Digital Marketing Executives, Web Developers, and cross-functional marketing teams.
- Excellent English communication skills with strong content review, editorial governance, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Cursor AI, and AI-powered SEO platforms to improve research, content planning, reporting, and team productivity.
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple portfolios simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete SEO, AEO/GEO, and Digital Marketing roadmap across multiple SaaS products.
- Drive organic acquisition through Technical SEO, Content Strategy, AI Search Optimization, and Website Growth initiatives.
- Improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, qualified pipeline, and product sign-ups through data-driven optimization.
- Build topical authority, entity-first content strategies, keyword clusters, and scalable internal linking frameworks.
- Optimize websites for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and emerging AI-powered search experiences.
- Partner with Engineering teams to implement Technical SEO improvements including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, structured data, and website architecture.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on product launches, landing pages, messaging, positioning, and digital campaign execution.
- Build and maintain SEO dashboards, AI visibility reports, website performance reports, and executive-level analytics.
- Ensure implementation of SEO, AEO/GEO, content, and website best practices across all digital properties.
- Lead Digital Marketing teams through mentoring, quality reviews, performance management, and execution planning.
- Drive continuous experimentation across metadata, content modules, landing pages, AI citations, internal linking, and conversion optimization.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Leadership teams to align Digital Marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI search technologies, LLM-powered marketing tools, and automation opportunities to improve execution efficiency and marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing for SaaS, AI Products, or Product-led organizations.
- Proven success leading enterprise SEO initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes including traffic, pipeline, sign-ups, and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content Strategy, Analytics, AEO/GEO, Entity SEO, and AI Search Optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and enterprise SEO platforms.
- Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership teams in fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Strong people management experience including hiring, coaching, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional leadership.
- Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, AI Marketing, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
