The primary goal of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to manage our full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing high-quality candidates and also have research skill for pipeline related studies and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various open roles within the company.
- Having Research skill in order to work for company demand on various studies for company's progress
- Managing job postings on various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Dealing with different data and analyzing those for presenting valid information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- Experience of minimum 1 year / Fresh Graduate.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (crucial for candidate interaction).
- Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- MS Office (Excel & Word) knowledge.
