Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, delivering excellent guest experiences, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
- Oversee multiple departments including Restaurant, Banquet, Kitchen, and all hotel staff
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and departmental coordination
- Ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Review and analyze daily operational and financial reports
- Handle guest interactions, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with different departments for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Train and guide staff to improve productivity and service delivery
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduation in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Language proficiency: Hindi, English, and Bengali preferred
- 3–4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
