Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef/Cook to manage daily kitchen operations in our hotel. The candidate should be able to prepare quality meals, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to the hotel menu
- Maintain food quality and presentation
- Keep the kitchen clean and follow hygiene standards
- Manage kitchen supplies and reduce food wastage
- Coordinate with hotel staff for guest meal requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience as a chef or cook in a hotel or restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work independently in a small kitchen
- Hardworking and responsible
