We are looking for a Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce implementation, customization, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and production activities
- Provide functional and technical guidance to users and project teams
Must-Have Skills
- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Salesforce Administration & Configuration
- Apex, Lightning, Flows, Validation Rules
- Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
- User Stories, UAT & Stakeholder Management
- REST API Integrations & Data Migration
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Salesforce certifications preferred
Strong communication and client-facing skills required
