- Build relationships with international employers and corporate clients.
- Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) and recruitment contracts.
- Manage local and global sub-agent networks for steady talent pools.
- Resolve escalated client or candidate delivery issues. []
Compliance & Legal Oversight
- Ensure adherence to domestic emigration laws and foreign labor regulations.
- Monitor visa processing, work permits, and attestation procedures.
- Maintain valid agency licenses, certifications, and government liaisons.
- Mitigate legal risks related to international placement contracts. [1]
Financial & Team Management
- Build and control annual operating budgets and revenue forecasts.
- Track agency key performance indicators (KPIs) and profit margins.
- Lead, train, and mentor recruitment and operations teams.
- Evaluate performance and set incentive structures for staff.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
