Role Overview
The role is responsible for identifying and drive MOD / BEX business opportunities of elevator units by building and sustaining strong, long‑term relationships with existing and Non OTIS Equipment’s (NOE) customers. Strengthening long‑term customer relationships, and delivering high‑value, customized modernization solutions. The position ensures timely responsiveness with MOD proposals, high customer satisfaction, and strong retention while driving optimal equipment performance throughout the lifecycle. This includes proactive customer engagement, coordination with internal teams, and consistent delivery of a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries on MOD and service needs.
- Drive modernization (MOD) sales by proactively identifying building networks and participating in bids and tender processes.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets while ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability goals.
- Utilize Otis sales tools to monitor opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and accurately forecast sales performance.
- Lead sales negotiations and successfully close deals, ensuring timely payment collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams; service, installation, engineering, and finance to deliver customized MOD solutions that meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Track and report sales metrics, including win/loss ratios and pipeline health, to senior management via dashboards and monthly reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations in all sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and contractors to identify upselling opportunities and generate leads.

Qualification & Requirements
- BE Engineer with 2 to 6 years’ experience
- Selling technical, consultation‑based products
- Customer-centric mindset: Demonstrates a strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills: Engages effectively with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
