Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Curriculum Development: Designing, implementing, and updating age-appropriate curriculums, such as Montessori or play-based methods.
- Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and training preschool teachers to meet performance standards.
- Operational Management: Maintaining the day-to-day operation, safety, and hygiene standards of the preschool center.
- Parent Communication: Managing parent satisfaction, conducting meetings, and ensuring transparent communication.
- Admissions & Marketing: Participating in student enrollment activities and promoting the school's brand.
